1. Who we are
Invoice Maker Pro (the “App”) is offered by SimHaDo For Business (“we”, “us”, “our”), based in Kentucky 40214, USA. This Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and your choices for the App and this website.
2. Summary
- We do not track you across apps or websites and we do not use third-party advertising SDKs.
- Data you type in the App (company, clients, items, invoices, saved payment details, logo) is stored locally on your device and optionally in iCloud if you enable it in iOS settings.
- Pro subscription is billed via Apple In-App Purchase; we don’t receive your full billing data.
- We only receive the emails you send us for support. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
3. Data we collect
- App content you enter: company profile, clients, items/services, invoice lines and totals, saved payment details (e.g., bank/PayPal/crypto labels/addresses you provide), and your logo. Stored on-device and in iCloud if enabled. We do not have access to your iCloud unless you share files with us explicitly.
- Purchase metadata: limited information required to validate your Pro status (from Apple’s StoreKit). Apple processes payments and may process identifiers per its own policies.
- Support communications: messages and email address you send to dd925648@gmail.com.
- Diagnostics/analytics (optional): if you enable Apple’s “Share with App Developers”, Apple may share crash/usage diagnostics with us. We do not use any third-party analytics SDK in the App.
4. Sources and data minimization
We collect data primarily from you. We do not buy or aggregate data from other sources. We only request data necessary to operate the App and avoid permission-based access where possible. If in the future we add access to protected resources (e.g., Photos), we will use out-of-process pickers and clear purpose strings.
5. How we use data
- To operate the App: generate and share PDFs; remember your items/clients; print payment details you choose to include.
- To process Pro subscriptions: validate entitlements via StoreKit; handle restore purchases.
- To provide support and improve stability: answer emails; review crash diagnostics (if you opted in with Apple).
- We do not use data for cross-app tracking or behavioral advertising.
6. Sharing and processors
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data only with:
- Apple — for In-App Purchases, iCloud (if you enable it), and diagnostics (if you opted to share with developers).
- Service providers strictly necessary to host this website or process support email.
Equal or stronger protection. Any processor we use must contractually commit to protections that are the same as or stronger than those in this Policy and Apple’s Guidelines. We prohibit processors from selling or using your data for advertising or cross-app tracking.
ATT/Tracking: The App does not track users, does not display third-party ads, and does not use Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework.
7. Legal bases (GDPR/UK GDPR where applicable)
- Performance of a contract — to operate core features you request (create invoices/PDFs).
- Legitimate interests — to maintain and improve the App, anti-fraud, security, crash diagnostics (only if you enabled Apple sharing).
- Consent — iCloud sync (enabled by you in iOS), any optional diagnostics sharing via Apple, and contacting us by email.
- Legal obligation — to comply with applicable laws (e.g., consumer protection, tax/records for support transactions where required).
8. Retention
- On-device/iCloud App content: remains until you delete it in the App or remove it from iCloud.
- Support emails: retained as needed to respond and for legal/defense purposes, then deleted or anonymized.
- Diagnostics: controlled by your Apple privacy settings; we don’t store device-level diagnostics outside what Apple provides.
9. Your rights & choices
- Access/Rectification/Portability/Deletion: email dd925648@gmail.com. App content is under your control on device/iCloud; deleting it there removes it from our reach.
- Withdraw consent: disable iCloud for the App (iOS Settings), turn off Apple’s “Share with App Developers”, and request deletion of support emails via our contact.
- Opt-out of tracking: not applicable — we do not track.
10. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your region). We do not knowingly collect data from such children.
11. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures, including platform security and least-privilege access for processors. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
12. International data transfers
Your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where Apple or our website/email providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses) or your consent.
13. Do Not Track (DNT) / ATT
We do not respond to browser DNT signals because we do not track users. The App does not use the App Tracking Transparency framework.
14. California (CCPA/CPRA) & other regional notices
We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as defined by the CPRA. You may request access or deletion of support communications by emailing us. Sensitive personal information is not collected. We do not profile users.
15. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and, where required, notify you in-app or on this page.
